Account Executive

We are offering a unique opportunity for Marketing Sales Reps/Account Executives. A wide open market awaits you at the areas newest nationwide marketing agency. We will teach you how to 1 call close sales for websites, SEO, Printing, Direct Mail and numerous other services to help drive your financial future forward. We believe The work week is no more then 40 hours and want all team members to have a great work/life balance. The salary for this position is $40,000 a year and commission is paid out weekly on top of each salary check.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships and build your client base.
  • Engage in cold calling to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development and sales.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team to align sales strategies with finished product.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Skills

  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong background in business development and B2B sales environments.
  • Experience in marketing sales is highly desired but not the be all end all!
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.

Compensation: $40,000 Salary – 15% Commission On New Business – 10% Commission On Repeat Business

 

Graphic Designer

  • Concept Development:

Study design briefs and translate ideas and requirements into compelling visual concepts.

  • Design Creation:

Develop graphics, illustrations, logos, layouts, and other visual assets for both print and digital platforms.

  • Tool Proficiency:

Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create and refine designs.

  • Collaboration:

Work with clients, marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand needs and produce cohesive designs.

  • Branding:

Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain brand identity across all projects.

  • Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

  • Feedback & Revision:
Present designs, incorporate feedback from clients and teams, and make necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome.
Compensation: $40,000 Salary – 3% Commission On Jobs
